SHIPPING

Singapore registered postage
You can opt for Registered Mail upon checkout. OR simply claim FREE Registered mail for cart >$100. 

International postage
All international orders are shipped by registered mail. Tracking codes will be sent to your email box. Or simply track thru your registered account.

Goods usually ship out in 1-3 business days. For Print-On-Demand item such as T-shirt, would take 10 business days to ship out. Contact us to double confirm, if you need the items ASAP.

 

PAYMENT MODES

Paypal (You can even pay via credit/debit card in Paypal! click in and select "checkout as guest")

Bank Transfer [Singapore buyers ONLY]
For buyers in Singapore, pay via iBank/ATM tranfer! Then take a photo proof of your transfer and send to me via Facebook LIVE chat or email to sales@pigologist.com

PAYLAH [Singapore buyers ONLY]
Checkout your items, go to "complete order", and SCAN QR code from main page to make payment.

 

CURRENCY

Default currency is in SGD. Do you know that you can easily switch to your currency, via selecting top right currency dropdown?

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns
NO Refunds or Exchange for goods sold. 
Returns and refunds would only be considered under special circumstances. Do try to email sales@pigologist.com

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You MUST use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
